Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Jeffrey Epstein allegedly requested that an exotic dancer engage in various sex acts at Epstein's residence in Florida, as stated in a recent legal letter.

The documentation, part of the latest release from Epstein's files, claims the unnamed dancer was promised $10,000 for her performance, but was later approached by both men to participate in a threesome.

The dancer's attorneys revealed that she received only $2,000 out of the promised amount and insisted on keeping her 2006 experience, which she described as being treated like a prostitute, confidential in exchange for a $250,000 payment.

BBC News has reached out to Mountbatten-Windsor for a response; he has consistently denied any allegations of misconduct.

According to the March 2011 letter, she and other dancers from Rachel's Strip Club were driven to Epstein's home where they were offered substantial payment to perform. The document also detailed observations by the dancer of other young women at the gathering who appeared to be minors.

Upon her arrival, she was introduced to Mountbatten-Windsor, where she danced for both men; they allegedly requested a threesome despite her statement that she was hired for dancing, not sexual engagement, with Epstein promising later payment.

After the encounter, she was invited to travel with them to the Virgin Islands, an offer she declined. The implications of these allegations have added pressure on Mountbatten-Windsor to testify regarding his tie to the deceased sex offender, Epstein.

Moreover, photos were released suggesting the former prince's controversial involvement with individuals at these parties, as he continues to face allegations which he vehemently denies, related to sexual misconduct and trafficking along with a past financial settlement made to another accuser, Virginia Giuffre.
