Turkey has reported that they have lost signal with a jet carrying the chief of the Libyan army, Gen. Mohammed Ali Ahmed al-Haddad, along with four other individuals. This incident occurred shortly after the Falcon 50 business jet took off from Ankara's airport, around 42 minutes into the flight.
According to Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya, the jet, which was bound for Tripoli, issued an emergency landing request before communication was lost.
