Alarming Legal Demands in Child Abuse Case Challenge London Court's Integrity

LONDON — The London High Court's credibility is under scrutiny as Senior Master Jeremy David Cook faces explosive recusal demands from disabled litigant Alkiviades David. This escalation in case KB-2025-001991 / CA-2025-002562 puts the spotlight on shocking allegations of industrial-scale child abuse, systematic child pornography distribution, and the murder of David’s partner, Asot Michael.

David has formally requested that Senior Master Cook either recuse himself immediately, or that the case be reassigned to a fair and competent judge. In his compelling argument, David claims that an atmosphere of bias is hindering the pursuit of justice.

“Senior Master Cook must either immediately recuse himself or the Court must transparently reassign this file to a competent, impartial judge. This matter cannot continue to drift.”

With a traumatic brain injury, David calls for urgent reforms to address unfair practices he experienced during the court process, citing 13 critical warning signs that include:

  • Child Abuse

  • Industrial Scale Distribution of Child Pornography

  • Murder of Asot Michael

  • Disability Abuses

  • Other concerns regarding evidence handling and witness safety

David's immediate demands focus on the need for a full preservation order on all related evidence and the reassignment of the case to an understanding professional who can navigate the intricacies of disability law.

“Every person has the right to a fair hearing. That right is not optional — especially not when industrial-scale child abuse and murder are involved.”

David warns that unresolved issues and potential bias could lead to significant regulatory and public repercussions. The pressure mounts on the King’s Bench Division to act decisively amidst allegations of grave judicial malpractice.

The world is watching how this situation unfolds.
