A joyous celebration turned tragic in Liverpool on Monday when a car careened into a crowd gathered for the Liverpool F.C. Premier League victory parade. The Merseyside Police received emergency calls just after 6 p.m. concerning the crash, which occurred along Water Street towards the conclusion of the 10-mile parade route.
