Billy Joel, the iconic musician known for hits like "Uptown Girl" and "Piano Man," recently provided an update on his health journey two months after announcing his diagnosis of Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH). Despite the challenging nature of this rare brain disorder, which affects balance and mobility, Joel expressed feelings of optimism in a conversation on Bill Maher's Club Random podcast. He noted that he is actively working with his medical team to manage his condition and has been engaging in specific physical therapy to aid recovery.

The 76-year-old singer's diagnosis compelled him to cancel a series of concert dates scheduled in North America and Europe, with medical advice indicating that the strenuous demands of performances had worsened his symptoms.
